Welcome to Rishon Housing Co-operative.
We are a 20 unit Housing Co-operative in Southwest Vancouver located on West 71st between Granville and Southwest Marine Drive. We are a 10 minute drive to the Vancouver International Airport, a 30 minute ride to downtown Vancouver and a 10 minute ride to the nearest Skytrain Station. You can catch the #10 Granville and the #100 Marpole bus across the street.
We are an ILM Co-op which means that our annual housing charges (rent) must be at least 85% of market rents in this neighbourhood. The emphasis here is on living and working cooperatively with other members.
If you are interested in applying to our Co-op, please read the General Information Sheet before completing the Application for Membership. Please note that all members who will live in the suite must be present for the interview, as we would like to meet everyone who will be sharing a home with us. We regret that we cannot make exceptions.
Please mail in the completed Application to us. Our address is listed on the directions page of our website. Your Application will be kept on file for one year from the date of receipt. We only accept mailed in Applications. No email please. You will be contacted via phone for an in person interview and a chance to view the suite if a vacancy becomes available during the year.
