• a 20 unit housing co-op located on West 71st between Granville and Southwest Marine Drive in Southwest Vancouver.
  • a mixed demographic of singles, couples and families with an array of lifestyles.
  • dependent on everyone's participation to maintain the co-op and we expect a commitment of 8 hours per month.  We all attend committee meetings and General Membership Meetings and do chores in between.  Therefore participation is required 
  • a non-smoking building that welcomes cats.  No dogs are currently allowed to live in the building with the exception of service dogs. 
  • across the street from a bus stop.  You can catch the #10 Granville, the 100 Marpole and the 480 UBC  
  • a 10 minute drive to the Airport, a 30 minute ride to downtown Vancouver and a 10 minute ride to the nearest skytrain station.
  • a small building and we want to meet everyone who will be living in the suite, which means everyone must be present at the interview, sorry but no exceptions.

  • an array of services a 5 minute walk from our door including banks, grocery stores, restaurants, a post office, a dental office, a physiotherapy clinic and an insurance company
  • three neighbourhood parks all within walking distance from our building including the Fraser River Park, Willam Mackie Park and Marpole Park.
  • building socials several times a year including:  pumpkin carving,the Festival of Lights, Tupperware and candle parties.
  • meetings once a month for up to 2 hours on a weeknight.  Committee work  (finance, membership/education, maintenance) is handed out to be completed between meetings.
